Producer Eddy J. Free (who has worked with out hip hop artists such as Tim’m West and Bone Intell), along with rapper Kaoz and singers Chaun Matayen and William Scott, we’re guests on OUTing The Music Industry hosted by Dj SirRah. They discussed the concept of the CD “Eddy Free’s Mad City 2010” which was released Tuesday, May 25th, and how all the proceeds from the sale of the CD is being donated to the KEEP A CHILD ALIVE foundation sponsored by Alicia Keys, which helps provide medication to kids in Africa and India suffering from HIV/Aids. The artists spoke on the process they took on creating their respective songs on the project and the idea of bringing together the many different artists from across the country and Canada. SirRah ended the show by playing the entire Mad City 2010 CD for people to hear.
